Our product selection process is the foundation of our success. We work with Zingerman's Delicatessen®, which has been traveling the world since 1982 in search of fine chocolates and other deli products and was rated the # 1 Deli in the country by Zagats.
We select our artisans and their works based on excellence, distinction, creativity and fresh wholesome ingredients. Each has been repeatedly acknowledged in their industry, but often their products have very limited distribution. Making fine chocolate is truly an art form, and our featured selections are about as far away from mass-produced products (which are often made with animal fat fillers and very little cocoa) as you could possibly imagine. They come from all over the world and include many different kinds of foods such as exotic spiced truffles, a variety of Belgian Dark Chocolate Brownies, and fudge made by Benedictine monks.
