Although we ship to the above schedule of featured chocolates for the vast majority of the year, occasionally, we may take advantage of being able to secure a truly special, hard to find cheese on short notice and may substitute an item. It rarely happens, but if it does, you can rest assured its done so that we can bring you something we felt was even better than our originally scheduled shipment!
